LF Heritage Distilling was born on a family farm in Georgetown, Kentucky, now carried through seven generations. Founded by Darin and Bethany Dillow, the company brings that history forward through family, patience, and a respect for work built to last.
In the Blending and Bottling Barn, mature Kentucky straight bourbons are selected and brought together barrel by barrel. Each blend is shaped through careful tasting and refinement, giving every expression the time it needs to find its balance and character.
