LF Heritage Distilling is rooted in a seven-generation family story in Georgetown, Kentucky. That heritage continues through a hands-on approach to selecting, blending, and bottling Kentucky bourbon with attention to proof, aroma, structure, and finish. The goal is to create expressions that reflect the family history, the character of the whiskey, and the standards behind the LF Heritage name.
A Family Story That Began in 1897

A Heritage Worth Carrying Forward
The property traces its roots to the Morgan family farms of the 1800s. What began as working Kentucky farmland has become a seven-generation family legacy, shaped by the people who cared for it and passed it forward.
Darin and Bethany Dillow founded LF Heritage Distilling on that historic ground. Their purpose was larger than creating another whiskey label. They wanted to build something that respected where the family came from and could be carried by the generations that follow.
That connection to family and place remains at the center of LF Heritage. The name, the bottles, and the work inside the Blending and Bottling Barn all come back to the same idea: honor the past by making something worthy of the future.

LF Heritage works with mature Kentucky straight bourbon, evaluating character and balance before bringing selected barrels together. Blending is deliberate work. It takes patience, repeated tasting, and the willingness to let each whiskey become what it should be.
